Through plastic surgery surgeons try to improve the skin quality and self image of patients through reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. Reconstruction includes the procedures such as, rebuilding the breast after breast cancer, physical birth defects like cleft lips, and injuries like dog bites and burning of skin, and ear deformation. While the aesthetic or cosmetic procedure includes augmentation of breast and mammoplasty which means increasing or decreasing the breast size, nose reshaping, and liposuction. Some of the procedures in cosmetic surgery are not as people think about surgery like healing and cutting, it is all about the use of special lasers for instance to decrease the unwanted hairs from body. And at the other hand some of the procedures are as complicated and complex as a serious surgical process suppose to be in which involved the complex surgical processes like anesthesia, cutting, and healing of wounds with the lots of risks.
